I authorize the organizers to use the submitted artwork (drawing/painting), as well as the personal data provided in this form (first name, last name, age), for processing, reproduction, and use, including publication on online communication platforms (e.g., the website: www.miez.ro; social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), for the promotion of the project.
Je consens à l'utilisation par les organisateurs de l'œuvre soumise (dessin/peinture), ainsi que de mes données personnelles (nom, prénom, âge), à des fins de modification, de traitement, de reproduction et d'utilisation, y compris leur publication sur les supports de communication en ligne (par exemple, le site web : www.miez.ro ; les réseaux sociaux : Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), dans le but de promouvoir le projet.
În conformitate cu legislația în vigoare, acest consimțământ va fi dat de către participant sau de către părintele acestuia, cu specificarea clară a Numelui și Prenumelor și a gradului de rudenie.
In accordance with the legislation in force, this consent will be given by the participant or his/her parent with the clear specification of the Name and Surname and the degree of kinship.
