Thursday 13th October - UNESCO Centre 

4 p.m.: Welcome of the participants at the UN Campus.

5 p.m.: Meeting of the Executive Board of EFUCA (in english) and balance of Hanoi Congress: resignation of the EFUCA President after World Congress and consequences. 

8 p.m.: Dinner at UN Campus.

Friday 14th October - UNESCO Centre

9-12 a.m.: Working session of Executive Board EFUCA (in english) – possibility of participation, as observant, for young volunteers.

12.30 a.m.: Greetings of the Mayor of Turin, Piero Fassino

1 p.m.: Lunch at UN Campus

2.30-5 p.m.: Working session of Executive Board EFUCA 

5-7 p.m.: Workshops (in english language, open to young volunteers) about the participation of young and of civil society on the safeguard of the artistic Heritage of owned country and humanity.

8 p.m.: Dinner at UN Campus Restaurant with the Directors of the three UN Agencies based at the Campus

(ILO, UNICRI, STAFF COLLEGE)

Saturday 15h October: Sala del Consiglio, Provincia di Torino (via Maria Vittoria 12, Torino)

9 a.m.-1 p.m.: Open Meeting: 

“Safeguard of the Cultural, Natural and Intangible Heritage: UNESCO and European

Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centers and Associations Commitment”

Lucio Alberto Savoia, General Secretary of the UNESCO Italian National Commission 

Coordination: Maria Paola Azzario, Vicepresindent of EFUCA and President of the UNESCO Centre of Turin

Speech: “Paesaggi: una grammatica della filosofia progettuale” Speaker: Prof. Sergio Conti, University of Turin.

Presentation, by responsible, of project of UNESCO National Federation in: France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain.

Meeting will include simultaneous translation.

1 p.m.: Lunch in Turin

3 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Visit to the Savoy Residences of the City for the delegates of the European Federation

(accompanied by young volunteers who participated in the training course)

3 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Meeting of Executive Council of Italian Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Centers (FICLU), at the headquarters of the UNESCO Centre.

8 p.m.: “Friendship dinner” open at the Authorities, at the members of EFUCA, FICLU, UNESCO Centre of Turin, UNESCO Clubs of Italian Federation.

Sunday 16h October:

10 a.m.: Starting from ONU Campus for Venaria Reale Royal Palace.

10.30h-12.30: Guided tour

Afternoon: Departure of participants.
